Once it was installed, I connected the range to the SmartThings app. The app was able to connect the range right away thru my wifi. And once connected, It automatically set the time for me. The app is a great feature when you want to control the temperature, cooking modes, oven light and sounds from your phone. You can even have it sent notifications when the cooktop elements are on. However, your phone may ping often if you do a lot of cooking on the stove top. Also, what I really like about this range, is the precision knobs. My husband and I like the use of knobs for stove top cooking. And I definitely enjoy the air fry feature, which by the way came with a free basket for air frying. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. I absolutely love everything about our new slide in range which we purchased in Dec 2025. We had a Samsung prior to the new one and enjoyed it but this one is supreme. In particular I love the light up dials when the burners are turned on. The oven camera is a novelty, but we rarely use it. The wi fi technology is a treat. We can activate the oven when away from the house and monitor and control cook modes, temps and cook times. The electronic display is super convenient and easy to use. I’ve read reviews that Samsung should have made the digital clock visible at all times. The wi fi feature must be on and the clock will display 24/7. It has a very modern sleek design and we are so pleased with it. The one minor complaint is the narrow grove on the front of the cook top is a very minor irritant to keep clean. It has a round silicone strip in it. You get used to in though. Overall we love this and purchased the extra warranty. Love the dials on and display on the front so much better than the back display models. Preheats super quick and temp is consistent. Would definitely purchase this again and highly recommend. Also love the alerts that come to my phone when burners are turned on, preheating done and cooking completed. I can also see if and burners have been left on when away from the house. I went with this bottle because my wonderful dogs had figured out how to get ice and water out of my old refrigerators. This is fantastic. I thought I would miss the convenience but I actually love, the ice and the water pitcher. I’ll refrigerators have to do the basics, store, enough, the easy to clean, make it easy to get to the food… But for some reason this one seems to do it better. Highly recommend. Although my repairman told me not to order a Samsung refrigerator, I did anyway because I liked the product. I purchased an extended warranty. After speaking to several people who have owned Samsung products, I was assured that they have all had great experiences with this company. I love the beverage center and two size options for ice.
