This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide.
