I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. This range..my goodness. It's incredible. We'll start at the top. The flat top without the typical back protruding into the cooking area is so sleek. We can actually fit all of our pots and pans on all the burners and it's a game changer. Moving down into the burners on the range, they're solid metal and provide an even heat for any type of cooking I need. The quick boiler is incredibly fast. What used to take a full 15 minutes to boil now takes 8 with the smaller burner in the middle of it heating the center of the pot. The grill/griddle burner is fun to use and I never thought I'd be making bacon and pancakes without a pan or separate appliance. The controls on the front are adult-user friendly and easily connected to my SmartThings app. The additional safety of having to pinch and push the controls, plus the slick lighting of the controls when they're on provides peace of mind that they won't be accidentally activated or forgotten. The stove portion is also incredible. So many features and settings including an air fryer and roasting settings (among others) that provides consistent results every time. It even allows for crisping that can essentially replace having to sear meat beforehand. It preheats quickly and accurately and even sends a notification to your phone when it's ready. One feature is that it also has a camera that you can make time lapse videos automatically if you want. Dryer ate my clothes for 3 weeks and ruined multiple pants and sweatshirts with string as well as zippers. Can't figure out the dry cycle to even dry the clothes efficiently. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence.
