This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. The stand does everything as expected and is very sturdy. We have a larger/bulkier projector. I was worried the tray wouldn't be able to hold its weight, but it seems ok with the fabric band that was provided. The only thing I don't like is that the stand goes up and down, but there's no capability to change the actual angle of the projector/tray. You can only use it flat.
