Overall, I like the unit. It arrived next day and the setup was pretty straightforward. I have 5 other cabinets that are similar but not identical to this one so a lot of the setup was the same. I had to makemake 2 additions to make the cabinet work for me. First, I added legs. I don’t like cabinets that drag on the floor especially when you need a place to put the power cords. Second, I added lights to the glass shelves. The way the unit works. Anything on the two glass shelves device light but if you have a lot of things on those shelves, the light doesn’t fully transmit to the wood shelves. I’ve been reading that the lights tend to die within 30-60 days so let’s see if that happens to me it I have a backup plan to add new lights o I’ll be fine if it does. Overall, a descent unit. This is a very well built range hood. Plenty of power for clearing smoke from frying and steam from hot pots. Reduction of odors from the kitchen while cooking are noticeable! Light is plenty bright and even on the highest setting, fan noise is not objectionable. Black stainless color blends well with other similar colored appliances in our kitchen from GE, Samsung, and KitchenAid. Only concerns are that you absolutely should inspect both the box and appliance prior to installation. Ours arrived with a large and noticeable dent in the hood that could not be repaired. Wayfair support was helpful swapping this. Carefully inspected the new unit prior to installation. No issues. Note this does not come with a 110v cord. If your installation is using a 110v outlet for power, you will need to purchase a grounded appliance cord separately. Note that photos were taken with light on brightest setting. A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. Wow what a difference! This range hood replaced one we had that seemed like it was from the 1990s. We got the 36 inch wide and it fit our under cabinet space perfectly. It took up less space under our cabinet and was higher than our other range hood so less risk of bumping our heads! The shape is really sleek.
