The colors are stunning the desk is heavy and the materials dont look cheap or fake. I was apprehensive about the fake marble but it looks great. This is a GREAT a book shelf! Very contemporary, light it appearance, and easy to put together. You MUST secure to the wall, but also it’s best to use 5” wall brackets secure parts of the shelf to prevent bowing. We secured all areas below the vertical planks and all our shelves are like stone, no movement or bowing. What a disappointment this unit was. I had to drain it multiple times in the first 24 hours, one time it leaked out all over my floors when I tried to run it while I was out, hoping to come home to a cool bedroom. Wishful thinking… The unit rumbles loudly, shakes my floors, and the fan was mind-numbingly squeaky right from the moment it turned on. It was many decibels louder than estimated - I clocked the average at around 64 decibels. Did not perform well heating my ~100 square foot room. The app worked but I was not able to get it working with Alexa, which effortlessly controls nearly everything else in my house. Would not recommend at all - will be returning as soon as possible..
