Love it so far. I looked at similar tempered glass chair mats online that were nearly twice the price, so this felt like a great value. Wow! This was a fabulous gift for my husband who works from home but his office chair has now scraped up a section of our hard wood floors. This glass mat is very thick and sturdy especially for a man who weighs 240 lbs! The mat was delivered with 3 diff types of floor protectors clearly outlined for flat surfaces, rug surfaces or carpet surfaces. That was a great idea! I'm not able to use my Pyrex coffee percolator on this range, which is too bad, but it's OK- the pots and pans you use have to be appropriate for the technology.
