It’s a nice rug but if you have pets that like to stretch out and flex their feet, be warned that this rug pulls easily. I can’t believe I got this rug for the price I did! I originally ordered a smaller one for my bedroom and when I took it out of the box I laid it out in the living room room, and the colors looked so good I had to order the bigger one for my living room! I originally had a white rug in here, but was so tired of everything being white white white. Love the warmth of this one! It isn’t super soft, but that is what I wanted and is as expected based on description. I have two young boys and two animals so I do not need anything that will hold onto dirt very easily. The rug if light weight so was easy to handle and put down even though it was a 9x12. I knew it was low pile but I’d actually say it’s no pile - and the pattern appears more “stamped” on then woven. I would buy this rug again in a heartbeat. it was very inexpensive and I was very impressed with the quality when it arrived. to be honest I bought it specifically because it was cheap, flat and dark and I felt it would hide dirt well at the entrance to our home.
