My only complaint is the assembly instructions. They were provided as pictures only, with no written directions, which made the setup process more challenging than it needed to be. I’ve been using this chair for a bit now, and overall I’m really happy with it. I did not however realize it’s a big and tall chair- I’m 5’7” so not crazy tall and it’s okay, my feet still touch but it definitely sits up higher.
