We did have a smaller window a/c unit that was just ok, but this one is a game-changer! It has a/c AND heat! Year-round comfort! It’s powerful enough to cool our entire garage (and we live in the South-so it definitely has its work cut out for it). The heater doesn’t exactly heat the whole room when it’s super cold out, but it definitely takes the chill out of the air and warms it sufficiently to make it possible to use the room in winter. Lower rating bc I had to get 3 shipped… fedex broke 2 so not in the seller ! I needed this specific door type food my small bathroom /layout . I didn’t want 2 sliding doors. Just had them installed & they are PERFECT & beautiful. We are so happy with the outcome. Great box, very happy I purchased it last winter. Only one problem. And this is not Wayfairs problem. The instructions Suck. Lately everything I order, which has been alot the last 2 years.
