Rocky was easy to setup. Some advice, only vacuum one room at a time in the beginning. We have pets and the dustbin was so full it couldn’t empty. I had to take the top off rocky and empty myself. Now I’m vacuuming one room at a time so the dustbin doesn’t get too full. Then with regular cleaning I’ll go back to full cleaning. I also love the mopping feature. Looks like it will be fun to use! Its attractive, bristles, pad surfaces etc are sturdy or soft enough to do the job propertly. I only gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it should come with a case or bag with compartments. I love this system, and this is the 3rd one I have purchased. The one complaint I would have is that you cannot purchase the Mop separately. The mop head wears out, but the bucket is still fully functional, and in this day of reduce, reuse and recycle, I would think that purchasing just the mop would be an option.
