This product showed up very well, packaged in die cut foam in a heavy duty, cardboard box, which was shrunk wrapped as well. The faucet appears to be very well-made, and hopefully gives the plumber no trouble in a couple of months when they go to hook it up! Follow up after installation. I am so totally in love with this sink! It's very sturdy and the basins really deep. It's smooth to the touch and has a medium Sheen to it. It really brightened up my kitchen counter. I ordered the Tahiti ivory and thought it would have some light speckles in it but nobody sees any speckles. It just looks like a very pretty creamy ivory which is fine.
