I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe. I’ll admit it, I ordered this a little too fast and thought I was getting a full toilet with a built-in bidet. That part is on me. When I realized it was just the seat, I was initially a bit annoyed, but honestly, it turned out to be a good thing. Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even if you’re not super handy. Once set up, it looks very sleek and modern, and the features are exactly what you’d want. The heated seat, warm water, dryer, and multiple wash settings all work really well and feel like a big upgrade. My only note is that this is an elongated seat, so make sure your toilet is compatible. I’m actually considering upgrading my toilet to better match the fit. Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it. I had the worst experience with Wayfair. The toilet came broken into pieces, and when I asked for refund, they asked me to return the broken toilet back to them and then wait for 3-5 days to get refunded. They also sent me the wrong bidet, a cheaper version compare to the one I purchased. I am frustrated because Wayfair said the toilet will get delivered the next day when I placed the order, but it ended up taking 2 weeks to delivery, and then I found out the toilet is broken into pieces and they sent the wrong bidet. And now they asked me to return everything and they have to approve my return before I can get refund...they make me go toilet-less for a month and kept my $2000! I will never buying anything from Wayfair anymore, because they sent me a cheaper alternative, a broken item, and they lied about the delivery time to trick you to buy things from them.. Fh.
