This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. I ordered the Crestle from Wayfair and it arrived very quickly in 3 days. However, my toilet while it didn’t appear damaged on the outside from shipping, had a manufacturing defect on the inside where one spot in the bowl had a bad casting gap and led to a crack. I reached out to Wayfair and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new one came just as quick and had no defects on the porcelain. After installation, it went well but after a week of using it, I noticed the reception on the remote is quite poor. Turns out if you’re sitting on the toilet, your body will tend to block the remote rf signal unless the remote is on your right side. Also holding the remote in different positions yielded different results as to whether it was detected or not by the toilet. I reached out to Crestle customer support and was told my solution is to just move the remote closer than it is. That’s kinda not possible and not ideal for the signal to be that weak. There are some other quirks like it auto flushing the second you lift up your leg instead of 10 second delay like the manual states. So in the end, big plus for Wayfair, but thumbs down on Crestle support, and the odd quirks that they couldn’t help me with. Biggest complaints are remote signal strength, and no auto flush delay configuration. 4 stars mainly because of Wayfair, and the price and features of the toilet. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. Yes, you really DO need this! Now that I have this, I can't imagine ever being without it! I have looked at and wanted a bidet for years and finally picked this one. We can't replace our toilet, and you don't need to, this Bidet Seat has EVERYTHING and works with your elongated toilet. It was a 3-minute install, so very easy to get it set up and running. We also do not have an outlet in the toilet room itself, but we ran a (3-prong) extension cord along the wall and plugged it into the closest outlet. We attached the cord with self-stick cord guides, and to me, it's worth seeing the cord along the floor. Ok, here's all the fun stuff, the LED lights can be changed or turned off. They are fun and double as a nightlight. What I really love is all of the sprayer options. You can change the water temperature, nozzle position, water pressure, front or rear sprayer, and the handheld sprayer along the side is great for cleaning the toilet. The seat opens and closes automatically when you walk up to it. I turned this feature off and just press a button on the remote to open and close. There is a dryer that also has temperature and air speed options. All of this can be turned on or off or adjusted with a touch of a button on the remote. There is a self-flush kit that is an option and the remote is set up for that. I didn't know about this or buy this, but decided I don't really need that. This is really truly amazing, the level of hygiene I have now makes this worth every single penny. I honestly can't imagine being without this. We mounted the remote on the wall (remote/wall hanger is included), and I just leave it there and push buttons. There is no extra spray, no leaking, no delays, everything works perfectly. Lastly, when unboxing, I noticed the seat opening looked slightly smaller than the toilet seat we were removing but, do not be alarmed because it is not noticeable at all when using, and I believe this is necessary for the water to stay inside. This is designed so incredibly well. I will never again have a toilet without a bidet seat. This is very high quality, I give it 10 stars, and I highly recommend this!. Ljc777. San Diego, CA.
