Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 1.0 GPM 1 second on-demand controller uses only 0.18 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. The on-demand system means that water flows only when needed and cannot be accidentally left running. When hands are present, the water will flow, and when hands are removed, the water will stop. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
