They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!! Love this item! been waiting to get it. Instructions do mention you need to cover it, and use wax. I used metal spray for outdoor protection. The glass on 3 sides, reviews have overwhelmingly said they break into pieces. This is due to the glue they used, as glass and metal expand at different rates.
