The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it. Update This rug is still in great condition after almost 6 months. I do recommend getting a carding brushany pet brush, and brushing your rug to help with the shedding and the matting. I ended up purchasing 2 of the black ones (8x5) since I wanted a large rug that was about 10 feet long. It’s exactly as described and shipping was quick! The rug feels almost silky when you’re walking on it, although it’s really thin and you will need a rug pad if you want some cushion. For now, I’m just tying to keep it from wrinkling up when we walk on it, so I used double sided rug tape. It does shed after a few days and gets all over your clothes, feet, socks, etc. From experience with shaggy pillows and rugs, this usually stops after a few weeks or so. I opted to get replacement parts as I really need the sign for my daughter’s bridal shower in a couple of weeks so I truly hope the parts arrive in good condition and on time. If so I will be back here to write a great review. June 25th Well Wayfair customer service has been great but sadly my order came damaged again a second time when I ordered the replacement parts.A big hole in the box again. I do truly appreciate the 24 hour service to rectify the issue as I returned late from a trip the day it was delivered and received immediate assistance. The delivery was spot on and well packaged It came wrapped in several layers of bubble and Saran wrap with styrofoam in the box. Took a while and some effort to open but not one tile was damaged. The actual box with the tiles is another story. Must be careful when opening the box it actually fell apart and some of the tiles fell on my foot.
