Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. Stitching isn't perfect. Threads are a little fragile (snag/fray easily). Otherwise, very heavy, fluffy, and soft. Towels have been washed through 3 cycles so far and are holding up well so quality appears good. The amount of lint left in the dryer is a lot but I'm used to cleaning it after each session so not a big deal. We'll see if it dies down as the towels break-in.
