What an amazing purchase! The price was too good to pass up, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It has completely transformed our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be happier with it. Assembly took four people about 6–8 hours to complete, so plan accordingly. One helpful tip: each roof panel has a thin protective plastic film that needs to be removed before installation. I believe it’s there to prevent scratches during shipping. We found that letting the panels sit in the sun for a bit made the film much easier to peel off. Overall, this gazebo is sturdy, attractive, and an excellent value for the money. I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. The gazebo is really nice. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only issue was when we unpacked the boxes, there were several panels, windows and a screen that were damaged. It was disappointing to spend so much for damaged materials. The manufacturer did agree to send replacement parts and Wayfair was monitoring the communications, so we felt like we had some insurance. Overall, it's a nice gazebo and the manufacturer made good on the damaged parts. We've been enjoying it and getting plenty of compliments while waiting for the new parts to arrive.. Brian. This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. Well as much as I love this gazebo I wanted to be transparent on how many pieces this thing actually is. Took about two hours to unbox and unwrap the entire thing. I will say it was thoroughly packages which I really appreciate but every single thing was wrapped individually. We have a previous gazebo from wayfair that was a little smaller in size but took us about 3 hours total to put it together. We are on day 4 and still do not have it up completely. I do love it and how its looking and will post the finished once its all up but I recommend making sure you have enough hands to help or you prepare the prep of opening everything first. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! This gazebo perfectly complements my garden entertainment area. I managed to assemble it myself in just two days, thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. Although some pages took a bit longer to decipher, the overall process was straightforward. The finish is incredibly durable, and nothing seemed to get scratched during shipping or while assembling it. The bronze brown color adds a beautiful touch to my garden. There are hooks on the top center for hanging a fan or lighting. I feel it’s very sturdy and will withstand the wind where I live. My only complaint is that it appears shorter than expected.
