Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! This is a great pergola for the price! It was a lot to put together. One of the pieces got dented in the set up process but it’s minor. The louvred top is easy to adjust. Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not. Great piece of furniture, heavy and well made. However, listen to previous reviews, the color pictured and the description of color is deceiving. It is a flat gray. I was expecting more khaki in it but it didnt ruin the look I was going for and I actually like. Unfortunately, something about the shade of gray it is, it doesn't show up well in pictures. This picture in low light is probably the best rendering of the color. I couldn't be happier. The nightstand is back in stock and I have already ordered. Glad it came back in stock because there is no way based on color that I would have been able to color match with something else. I think I will enjoy this dresser for many years to come.. Michael.
