Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. The sink is brand new so Ive only used the Quartz Rejuvinator once. It seemed to work fine but I wont know for sure until Ive had the sink for a while. I just wanted to point out that the description says Quarts Cleaner but when you read the label it specifically says it is not a cleaner. Happy with our new member in the house, the Hot Tub we buy from Wayfair. Only a setback we have with the Jacuzzi Cover that come with a hole in the interior of the fabric but we contacted Wayfair and we expecting a replacement.
