The “Automatic Sensor Cooking” technology detects the number of items on the grill as well as their thickness and then adjusts the temperature accordingly. The indicator light changes from yellow to red to communicate the level of doneness and then beeps when your food is rare medium, or well done. While cooking, the drip tray collects fat. When you’re done, simply remove it and place it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

I have purchases a few of these units over the past few years and for my trainers as well. its a great product, super easy to use, Cookes food fabulously and is consistent every time.
