Sunguard UV protectant spray helps extend the life of garden & outdoor decor. The superior UV inhibitors protect against color fading, peeling, and cracking. When dried it has a clear finish, unlike polyurethane products, which will leave a sticky yellowish residue. Unfortunately, most garden decor comes directly from the manufacturer without UV protection leaving your outdoor investment "exposed". Outdoor decor needs sunscreen too!

If you place them outside, I suggest you seal them with a clear polyurethane sealer and like anything wood and natural, maintenance is the key. Remember that these are all handmade and will be one of a kind. The photo is a representation of what you will get, but very, very similar. This design is the Barcelona. They are handmade out of wood and iron and painted. It is not very heavy.

Wow, this is a beautiful lantern. Arrived very securely packaged. I found the same item on another (much more expensive) website before I found the exact same thing here at a substantially better price (kicking myself over that one). This lantern is just beautiful in both day and night environments, but especially at night, when the colors reflect on the surface the lantern is sitting on. The solar bulb is bright, allowing for the beautiful reflective design. The thickness of the glass is substantial -- it doesn't feel like it will break easily.
