Two boxes came, both damaged on one end and parts had actually made it out of one box, in the end some minor scrapes and dents from shipping and the 4 solar lights were missing. Good quality, not heavy duty but close. Instructions are difficult to decipher, take your time. I did it by myself with a little help holding things from my wife and kids. Don’t tighten boltsscrews too soon. Leave parts loose to fit and then tighten. No missing parts and no major damage from shipping. Fits BBQ, smoker and pizza oven. Snug but enough room. It took a few months to get up the desire to tackle this project. The instructions were pretty straight forward, mainly pictures without words. I'd say assembly was on the easier side. Instructions said it would take 4 to 6 people to assemble, I did it completely by myself with no issues. I think it took me about 10 total hours over 2 days to completely assemble. There were several parts that were not marked with the same letters as in the instructions but easy enough to figure out. The "V" posts were actually "W" posts and a couple other issues like that. There was also one length of wood that was about 1" too long and I had to trim it off to assemble. a nice looking gazebo and I'd probably purchase it again.. William. Sun Sep 08 2024

These pergolas up-leveled my small back patio. I ordered two and I am very pleased with the look, ease of assembly (you need two people), and quality. The actual dimensions are closer to 9x9, so measure accordingly. I had to use two panels to screen an unsightly view, and I am awaiting delivery of two more panels. I love the pattern of light filtered through the panels. For me, this was a perfect solution. I assembled with my BF in about 2.5 hours. The challenging part was the tight space we had to work. This pergola is much more solid and sturdy than most you’ll see at the big box stores. Instructions are straightforward and everything is labeled. I’m happy with it overall. Not to say there aren’t issues. Some of the welds are poor quality. I also had to deal with a couple of dents that made it hard to join pieces. All the bolts are 10mm, even for the base, which seems to be undersized. The shipping box looked like it was dropped from a moving vehicle…it was really bashed up but fortunately everything was in pretty good shape. Nice pergola. Put it together by myself (with the help of a few ladders for temporary bracing. A few things…. There were many dents on several pieces but with overseas shipping I’m surprised there were not even more. It was also missing pieces that I will have to try to add later when hopefully the company will send me the parts. It does let rain through but not in large amounts. It looks very nice with the wood grain post next to the dark gray aluminum frame. The shade glides smoothly on the rails. It was unraveling with hole in it but company hopefully will replace it..
