So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. I love this sink, for the price it is just an excellent addition to our art studio bathroom. BUT! You have to be veeerrry careful putting it together, the thread caps that the screws go into can EASILY break off while screwing unless you go in perfectly straight. You should really hand tighten until the end, but of course many of the areas that require screws are cramped and hard to get your fingers into. Also in order for the basin to sit perfectly flush onto the stand you have to pay close attention to the alignments while putting the legs and apron together. There is a bit of wiggle room so ours has a bit of a gap on one side. Very small, but annoying to the person putting it together. Also, I had to purchase two adapters for the speedy valves because they have a 1/2" female end and not the typical 3/8" that goes to most wall supplies. Putting this together I was ready to rate it 1 star, but now thats it all set up and secure I think it is a wonderful sink. I actually love this sink--it's nice & deep, is easy to keep clean, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. My only issue is that it DOES scratch, even though it claims to be scratch resistant. I have to be very careful about what I use to clean it so that it doesn't scratch. I was using one of those sponges that has a scrubber on one side and it scratched the sink pretty easily. It's not super noticeable, and it doesn't bother me that much, but it's still a little disappointing. I would probably buy this sink again because it's so roomy, but if you're worried about scratches, you might look around.. Anonymous. Tue Jun 02 2026
