Our saunas come with extra heating tubes that boost efficiency by at least 150% compared to all-carbon panel models,and they typically preheat in just 10 minutes. Went together pretty easily as advertised, and we are terrible at assembling. Packaging was perfect, no damage. Looks gorgeous, works great, listening to Bluetooth tunes through ceiling speakers and light therapy is rolling. It’s exactly what we wanted. Check the bottom of the box for paperwork showing what screws to use for what parts. There is a separate page not i. The manual for the screws and plastic washer for the door handles. The instructions don’t specifically say when to screw parts in but you can figure it out. Wayfair has competitive pricing and had best ship dates when I ordered. I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. Outdoor sauna -12 non-radiation carbon crystal far-infrared heating plates, 2,050 W, stable wave band, 100% maintained in the low EMF range for human health. Ten minutes quick warm-up, temperature control range: 68-149 degrees Fahrenheit (20-65 degrees Celsius), outdoor sauna with 6mm tempered glass door, firmly locks the temperature inside the sauna.

This thing was easy to assemble, looks good and works well. It took about 30 minutes to reach max temperature when it was about 55° outside. The instructions are poorly translated and sometimes don't make sense but putting it together is pretty intuitive anyway. It has a strong cedar smell, which may be really nice or a little too much, depending on your preferences. We've had it for about 2 weeks and are enjoying using it. The heating panels get really hot (surprise!) so make sure to put a towel over them if they'll be coming in contact with bare skin. No regrets using this as a substitute for a conventional sauna. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a LONG time. I love my home, but this sauna is now my favorite 'room' in the house. As others have said, it does require two sets of hands. For starters, you'll need two people to move the boxes to the desired location (they're VERY heavy). For the most part, one person can unpack the boxes and do the first several 'set up' steps. You'll only need the second pair of hands when you stand the 'walls' up. Tell the second person, you'll only need them for about 10 minutes of this part. After that, one person can finish on their own. As others have mentioned, it does take a full hour for it to get to 151 degrees. I typically turn it on and set it for an hour. For the first 20-30 minutes, I take a shower and turn off lights, brush my teeth, etc... by then the temp is between 120-130. I typically start sweating around 130 degrees. By the time the hour timer is up, it's between 145-150 degrees. I LOVE the color lights (I mainly use red) and the bluetooth speaker (I put my iPad outside the door and play Spotify or watch Hulu.). I'm deducting one start because one of the side panels doesn't create a tight seal at the base, and there's cool air coming in. No doubt, this is affecting how hot it gets and how fast.
