The shower is a nice design BUT there are some issues with the one I received. The smallest problem was that the assembly guide that came with it was generic and NOT the one for the shower so there were literally zero instructions. The larger problem is that after I did the install, ran plumbing and hung the shower the RAIN HEAD went flying off - the entire pipe came flying off! The problem is that the pipe is not grooved to screw together to the water assembly pipe. It just has three rubber washers and NOTHING holding it back from shooting off from the pressure. I explained this online to wayfair and was told they would look into it with the mfr. and I could return if they do not remedy. After all the installation and assembly I paid for it is easy for them to say send it back and start over. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I was blown away by the quality of the unit.. the fact that it came with everything except the "drop ears" was incredible.. When I first opened the box I thought " what the hell did I get myself into".. but it was made for worldwide sales so they " dumbed down" the instructions for those if us that usually just look at the pictures.. the quality of the stuff hidden behind the wall is top shelf and the finish of the things is so see if unbelievable, they even give you white gloves, for the "hoity toity" plumbers or there i guess..haven't finished the shower to attach a photo or I would.
