It's exactly what my wife wanted, and she's happy with it. For installation, the gas line and the electrical wire have to share a very small space at the bottom in the back. Advice: Don't try to use a gas line that's longer than 36" (1m). Both a 3-prong and a 4-prong electrical wire were included. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it! Please amplify the alert or allow the user to set the volume on alerts. Some folks may be harder of hearing than others. • Storage drawer is large enough to store unused oven racks as well as (separately acquired) broiler pans. • Warming center (a great feature) on cooktop passed the melted butter test (i.e. keeping butter in melted but not over-heated state) • Instead of two large burners in the front, the cooktop would be much more useful if one of the burners in the front could allow the user to select either a larger burner circumference or a smaller one. Sometimes, a smaller burner is the only one needed. (Tea for two, for example.) • Oven door projects into the room a bit more than I expected, but is not obtrusive for my galley kitchen. • The oven shuts off when the timer reaches the set time. We've had this for about a year now and I have no complaints. If I could do it again, I would just get the basic version without the ledge for the accessories. We almost never use these accessories and the ledge is just something else to be cleaned. It's awkward to use the cutting board because the sink is undermounted to 2cm stone. The knife handle hits the stone when trying to cut on the cutting board. The drying rack could be nice, but it's not big enough for us and we have a dedicated drying rack.. Anonymous. The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41.
