This seems to be a phenomenal deal for the price. I am remodeling my bathroom and chose the polished chrome finish. Similar faucets from noteworthy brands coast at least 4 or 5 times more and the performance is great so far. Install was straightforward, documents included in the box. I am still waiting for my granite vanity and backsplash to arrive but you can tell it's going to be amazing when completed. One surprise feature I appreciated... The spout discretely swivels to make sure that you get a good connection with the threads and the water spout points down perfectly. This makes the installation go smoothly. I would buy this again..
