WARNING - 40 minute return process & shipping fees! Bought 2 pendants, but wanted to return them because the cords are very cheap looking. Two Problems: 1) They are charging a return fee of $29 (or, I could keep the items and get just a 20% refund.) 2) The return process didn't let me choose 1 box to return in. Each pendant comes in 2 boxes, 1 small box for the cord and a bigger box for the shade. So, 2 pendants = 4 boxes, and both pendants (4 boxes) arrived together in one large box. 40 minutes (!) chatting with Customer Service, who could not understand tI wanted ONE label for the one big, original box containing 2 pendants packed in 4 smaller boxes, until I uploaded photos. This is a great, classic pendant light that’s capable of fitting into a variety of styles and spaces. The knurled metal accents are a welcome and understated feature to the design. Installation is pretty standard on this one, but note that you must use at least one of the downrods it isn’t built to attach directly to the housing (but if you wanted that, you probably wouldn’t be getting a pendant light, would you)..
