The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. Overall, this rug is pretty good. The colors are pretty accurate to what was pictured. It is definitely a thinner rug so a rug pad would be needed. It came tightly rolled up so definitely needs time once opening to lay flat. Placing heavy books on the ends helped. It is soft feeling. I think it will hold up for a while.
