This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Installed chandelier which was fairly easy . My wife selected this model and the look is great. To install I did put a temporary hook on the ceiling to support it. I waited for this fixture to go on sale and then I swooped it up! Long linear fixtures are not easy to find. 60 inches as exactly what I wanted. The Chrysalis 9-light mixed crystal pendant makes a statement in any stairwell or other central or corner space where cascading crystals lit from within create a waterfall of light when pendants are staggered. Highly customizable, each pendant (4 large + 5 small) is suspended via low-voltage cable from its round canopy. A thick, clear layer of glass is encased in an outer cocoon of hand-blown, colored glass. The lower portion of the outer layer of glass is removed by hand-polishing it, revealing the inner clear layer below.
