This car cover is very light so it needs to be tied down securely in high winds or left off completely. That is a downside to it but it does a great job at keeping leaves, bird droppings, debris and water off of your vehicle if you want to keep your car looking clean for awhile. So far my car has been dry after heavy rains and light snowfall, we will see how it holds up after heavier snows, whether the dampness will seep under and upwards.
