I haven’t had a chance to hook it up yet, but first impressions have been very positive. The delivery went smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. The overall build and finish look solid, and it has a clean, modern appearance that fits nicely with our setup. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. Built it over a gravel pad that I did myself. Only needed an electrician for the final hook ups. Please note on the BILT App and in the pictures the front and back vent are shown in the wrong place. The front vent should be below the heater and the back vent should be high and above the benches. This was an easy build that I did alone with only the usual amount of rework due to my own laziness in reading instructions. The sauna itself is an amazing deal and perfect as a single person sauna. We are thrilled! After searching and searching, we found the perfect sauna. I wanted it to be wide and long enough to stretch my legs out and not feel claustrophobic. It also is plenty of room for my husband and I. Three people can technically fit in it. Also to find one that has a true outdoor roof on it was fantastic. Most are just flat roofs like you would find in an indoor sauna, which concerned me since ours is on our back deck with no roof. It came in a wooden crate and was easy to assemble. Two people and a third to hold things in place was really helpful. Took us about 3 hours. The directions say to stain the outside for outdoor use, but the outside already looks and feels treated. The cord to plug it in is kind of short. We had to get an extension cord and we had to get a 20 amp plug put in at our house. All of that is worth it. I bought the Bestway Steel Pro MAX 14x48 pool this summer and I’m honestly super happy with it. The setup was easier than I expected — took about an hour with two people, and the frame clicks together smoothly without tools. The steel feels strong and stable, and the liner is thick and durable (way better than the inflatable pools I’ve had before). The pool is the perfect size for my family — roomy enough for a few adults to float around and still have space for the kids to play. The included filter pump works fine for regular use, though I might upgrade it later just to keep the water extra clean.
