Great quality, easy to install... my only complaint is that the flex hose they provided cannot be attached directly to the vent because there is a backflowdraft damper that is not able to open and close with the flex hose compressed... you need to definitely use at least 6 piece of straight metal ductwork first, then attach the flex hose.... but the product is very well made otherwise!. Sleek and a eye catcher. Has great ventilation pull and has several levels of suction. My only complaints are...the fan is a bit loud and my front panel only lights up once you press on the light or vent fan icons. It's extremely hard to see the number on and light icon on the solid black touch panel. It should have a back light. Could be the installer missed connecting a wire for the back light. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I searched for literally hours for a range hood that had a CFM higher than 800, was 36" but didn't have the touch screen controls. I finally came across this range hood option since it was very decently priced. Overall, we are very happy with it especially considering what it costs. Range hoods can get quite speedy. My favorite thing about it is the real buttons! They are placed in a great spot and are super easy to turn off and on. The lights also work wonderfully. It works good getting the smells out. I would say the only con is it is a bit loud, even on the lowest fan but even with that, I would still really recommend this hood. Many viewers complained about the grates coming in a white color and not stainless steel as advertised - please note, they aren't white.
