The unit itself is nice. A couple of issues is that the description is incorrect. The company confirmed that this unit is NOT 700 CFM but 400. After multiple attempts and communications between Wayfair and the company we decided to keep the unit. So far is working great. Keep in mind that this is not a fingerprint free stainless steel so during the installation it might be a good idea to wear gloves. This 20" single vanity set is suitable for small space bathrooms but with ample storage. It's freestanding and made of water-proofed plywood entirely, without any cheap MDF or PB. Legs with stainless steel shoes make it fashionable. Soft-closing hinges for the door and under-mount slides drawer look the vanity luxury. Chrome Faucet and Pop-up drain included saving you money and time.

We’ve had this vanity for a couple years now and it has performed flawlessly with exception to the faucet as it’s not very great and started leaking about a year in but once changed we’ve had no other issues.
