In fact, I would say the unit is quieter than I expected. Setup was very simple and straightforward, and the water bucket is easy to remove, empty, and reinstall. Most importantly, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I noticed a reduction in humidity fairly quickly, and the unit has been running reliably without any issues. The controls are easy to understand, and the overall build quality feels solid.
