Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. We love the look and its heat. Installation was easy. We do find we have a burned off propane smell, but we solved this by having an air purifier next to it, makes us feel its safer that way. The propane industry may tell us all its safe to breathe those off gases, but like now known re natural gas, its better to not have those, so I would always suggest a good gas removing air purifier in the room, just my opinion.. I have to keep it on low or walk around with a sweater on. This is an awesome unit. This is a 18000 BTU. The supplemental heating in this unit is very useful in the winter months to keep warm.
