A nice door, but it was damaged during delivery. Big black boot marks where someone walked all over the box in spite of the fact that it said right on the box to keep it upright and handle with care. I would like to have the bent part sent to us if it possible to replace and attach it. When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days. This is solid and absolutely beautiful! The price was much better than at other vendors, and it came with a cover. It is HEAVY, and we were disappointed that the delivery service left (without notifying us of their arrival) it in the driveway by the garage door, and took off. I’ve gotten prices from $1200-$1400 to replace the door after we remodeled the shower. Price of this door was really great. I have to tell you the instructions are just a little bit sketchy, but you can figure them out. The quality of the door and its hardware is really great. We have just installed new porcelain tiles in the shower. Had we had just about any other material it would’ve been pretty easy. Looks nice and clean in our newly renovated master bath. I purchased this at a time it seemed like I couldn’t find the right door size anywhere, including the big box stores. Relatively easy to install, my husband had it in within an hour or so. We had to manually trim the sill with a saw to fit the entrance. Taking one star off because the two side panels come up higher than the actual shower door and it just looks odd, almost unfinished.
