We love the look and its heat. Installation was easy. We do find we have a burned off propane smell, but we solved this by having an air purifier next to it, makes us feel its safer that way. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. I did buy an air purifier filter and received it yesterday so I’m reading the directions to see how to put it in. Purchased this as a Fathers Dayhousewarming gift for my boyfriend. The box was a bit beat up when it arrived. About a week later when he opened it I noticed the back was bent up. We plugged it in and it works. Just disappointing the back is all beat up especially when you are spending good money on the products. I believe this happened in transport and not Wayfair fault..
