Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. Very quiet On low speed the noise is 42 DB medium 46 and high 55. Also on the app you have the mute option which bring to noise down to 38 on low speed you almost do not hear it. Very efficient cools down the room quickly, with a powerful Fan. Also the device has the Anti-Mildew option Forgot to mention the device was a little bit damaged at the bottom since it is not affecting the AC to run correctly, I decided to keep it Definitely one of the best window AC. We werent actually looking for a new air conditioner until this popped up here on Wayfair.. What caught my attention was a feature that weve never had before, appwifi! The Wi-Fi feature for this air conditioner is a game changer for us. We downloaded the app on our phones and we were up and running in minutes. We got this for our daughters room and she loves the fact that she can turn on the air conditioner remotely. I happen to love the visual display on the front, its illuminated at night and just adds to the tech feel of this air conditioner. It is surprisingly quiet. Our daughters room is a medium size room and the air conditioner about blew her right out ..the cool air that this thing puts out is amazing. My favorite part is the remote control, I like the real-time digital display and the fact that its not so tiny that it wont get lost is a plus ! We purchased this here on Wayfair during one of Wayfairs many sales, the price was right the shipping was fast and free. The box arrived looking a little rough, our delivery people are not careful at all, this air conditioner was so well packaged that despite the damage on the outer packaging the air conditioner is in perfect working condition. Do not hesitate to buy this, It is also energy star rated and it will give you the breakdown how much it will cost per month to run it which I really appreciate. We had our contractor install two of these heaters with the covered patio extension we built last spring. We spend a ton of time enjoying our patio year round and these heaters were put to the test and passed with flying colors. There are some good features to this air conditioner. It is lightweight and easy to carry and install into the window. It has several modes and the lowest setting makes very little noise. The "quiet" setting is very quiet. It doesn't give the cold cooling feeling that old air conditioners do and feels more like a central air conditioning system. My windows are non standard wide so I had to adjust the installation recommendations.
