The oven door does not stay open to take out the hot item. Need my husband to hold it open while I remove the item. Also the temperature is way off. I set it at 350 degrees. I ordered the carbon tiles. They turned out great in my entryway, kitchen and closet. Installing them went pretty smoothly. With the four sides connecting it was a little difficult in smaller spaces to latch the sides but with persistence it worked out and they feel like they will stay together better than the connect and pound style. My husband did some work and made the closet into a space for stackable washer and dryer. The only company that made the dryers and washer in a size that would fit in that closet is Bosch. The dryer has timed dry plus sensed dry plus permanent press plus heavy plus towels. It is more than a wonderful dryer. If it hadn't been for Bosch, I would not be able to do my laundry as we have three flights of stairs in our home. This is our third purchase of a Bosch appliance and we absolutely love them.. Harvey.
