The first one I ordered was dented and had a loud tapping noise that wouldn’t go away. The manufacturer rep said it was seriously damaged. The second one is working perfectly and very quiet. Came well packaged and in perfect . So far, so good! Plugged it in last night and the temp is holding steady at 34° - oops time to turn it up to 37°!
