The oven door does not stay open to take out the hot item. Need my husband to hold it open while I remove the item. Also the temperature is way off. I set it at 350 degrees. She did make a comment that the upper section did not get cold enough for white wine, which is supposed to be stored at 44-54° Im told, the upper section only goes down to 54° and she would like it colder..
