The oven door does not stay open to take out the hot item. Need my husband to hold it open while I remove the item. Also the temperature is way off. I set it at 350 degrees. Thirteen (13) days later, after two calls from wayfair requesting I cancel the part order because one is already in the mail, I received a three (3) prong power cord.
