[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions were a pain. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better. This is my second time buying this gazebo. I get so many compliments when people come over! The last one ended up getting ruined by a wind storm but I had it for several years and everything was holding up perfectly. The canopy fabric color did not bleach out and the curtains were still perfect. There was zero rust on the frame itself even with our harsh winters. We ordered this canopy because its 12x12 as opposed to the normal 10x10 that is available at your local big box store or sporting goods store... the blue stores lol. We like that it has an enclosure because it will be perfect for winter cigar smoking. However, upon putting it together, the 4 side panels are difficult to line up and it would take quite some time and adjustment to actually seal the corners and keep cold air out. I dont think we will end up using it for the originally intended purpose after all. The one push easy up is pretty nice. Its far more user friendly as a shade structure than the ones from the blue guys. The frame itself is bowed a bit in the top support structure, indicating that the pieces dont quite fit right. It held up well, with no wind. The poles at the bottom are a must, or else it is not sturdy enough. You need more anchors spikes for the connectors at the floor poles.
