This extra large canvas is gorgeous and subtle, but arrived damaged. The wood stretcher bars behind the canvas had left very noticeable indents on the front of the canvas. We set the canvas upright for a few days to see if the indents would smooth out, but they have not budged. There needs to be a protective layer inserted between the back of the canvas and the stretcher bars, while the canvas is being stored in a warehouse and in transit (cardboard?).. Renee. We ordered this canopy because its 12x12 as opposed to the normal 10x10 that is available at your local big box store or sporting goods store... the blue stores lol. We like that it has an enclosure because it will be perfect for winter cigar smoking. However, upon putting it together, the 4 side panels are difficult to line up and it would take quite some time and adjustment to actually seal the corners and keep cold air out. I dont think we will end up using it for the originally intended purpose after all. The one push easy up is pretty nice. Its far more user friendly as a shade structure than the ones from the blue guys. The frame itself is bowed a bit in the top support structure, indicating that the pieces dont quite fit right.
