Best Pan ! Love Love Love this pan ! First time I used this I made Chicken Carbana and it was so easy and came out delicious! The cheese sauce melted so easy and nothing stuck to the pan ! So the sauce came out so smooth and creamy ! And it took just a minute to clean the pan. ( I hand washed it ) Next morning I baked some sticky pecan rolls in it. And they came out perfect and they just slid right out of the pan onto the serving platter. This is a good size pan too ! I had ordered this to match the same pattern in our kitchen, and discovered it wasnt the same click and lock tile from that room. Instead, although the same pattern it is glue down. We decided to try it anyway and low and behold, it actually is better than click and lock because you cant see the seams and its a tighter fit! Who knew Pleased with this purchase!. Jo K.
