We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. And the little add ons..... an easy to reach snack drawer for the Grandkids, sliding shelves to accommodate taller items, BIG sturdy door shelves, easy to access freezer with a top sliding drawer (love) and ........whats this .......another drawer between the freezer and refrigerated top.....its an extra refrigerated drawer..... , NO....its an extra freezer door....wait......it can be EITHER What kind of refrigerator madness is this !! And I didnt even get to talk about the waterice features. Would most certainly recommend this refrigerator to anyone. Am considering sending out invitations to my Friends to come visit it lol.. Received my 16ft awning and installed today. Looks like excellent quality and everything worked as expected. No adjustments were necessary. Very satisfied with my purchase so far.
