These glossy ceramic wall tiles are super cute in person and arrived very well packaged. The tiles were heavily protected with multiple layers of packaging, and none of them were broken. We were really impressed with how secure everything was during shipping. Each box is fairly heavy, so just be prepared for that when handling them. We ordered the 12” x 24” size, and because the tiles are large, installation went fairly quickly in our bathroom. The finish looks beautiful, and everything feels high quality. So far, there are no cracks or issues, and they are very easy to clean. They also match really well with our shelves and overall bathroom design. For the price, this is an unbeatable deal. It’s affordable, stylish, and high quality. The glossy finish gives a clean, modern look, and we honestly have no complaints. These tiles were exactly what I was looking for. It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. We installed some of this LVT in our master bath about three years ago, and are so pleased with it that we're installing more of the exact same product in another bathroom. These were exactly what our dated basement ceiling needed. Our space looks amazing and so fresh now! We painted our existing ceiling grid and then installed the new tiles in black. Overall, the tiles showed up in good condition. Some corners where a little damaged, but you just pick out the good ones for full tiles and use the damaged ones for the edges, where you have to cut them. A few tips from our experience: - Open all tiles and sort by the good full tiles and the slightly damaged ones for the cut pile. - Wear gloves when handling. the black will come off on your hands (washes off), but your skin oils may leave marks on the tiles so best to wear gloves. - I tried wiping tiles off with a damp clothe but it left subtle marks, so I would NOT suggest this. I would suggest using dry cloth first to clear off dust marks. I have not done it yet, but I plan to get paint to match and do some touch up. I ordered the carbon tiles. They turned out great in my entryway, kitchen and closet. Installing them went pretty smoothly. With the four sides connecting it was a little difficult in smaller spaces to latch the sides but with persistence it worked out and they feel like they will stay together better than the connect and pound style.
